Insights on Expansion, Distribution and Global Markets

In just a month, I’ll be heading to Food & Hospitality Asia in Singapore, expanding the Lass Chance Beverage Co brand on the global stage. The journey is taking us places, and there’s a lot happening right here at home as well!

🍎 Cider House – We’re getting closer to our soft opening May 8, with the official launch on June 21. The excitement is real, and the team has been working hard to make it all happen!

🍏 BCLs Expansion – Soon, you’ll be able to find our ciders in BCL stores across the Interior. A big step towards expanding our presence in the Canadian market.

🚀 Growth for the Future – This year is all about growth, and I’ve set up a team that’s ready to go. I’m surrounding myself with the best people to fill the gaps and fuel our next level.

This morning, I had a great conversation with Rochelle Minagawa, the incredible founder of MotherLove Ferments. She asked me what my top focus was this year, and without hesitation, I blurted out:
1️⃣ Cider House
2️⃣ Global Expansion
3️⃣ Growth for the Future

But it’s not just about our company growth—I'm also really keen to start a weekly conversation around growth, distribution, and global markets. I know I’m learning and asking questions every day, and I’ve recognized that I have a community of experts here who likely have insights—or similar questions!

INTRODUCING - THE GROWTH POUR. My accountability reminder to keep the weekly conversation going in this community. Let’s connect and build this global community of growth-minded professionals. I’m looking forward to sharing, learning, and collaborating with all of you as we navigate this ever-evolving industry.

What challenges or opportunities are you seeing in your own growth journeys? Let's connect!

🚩 One of the biggest challenges I’m facing right now is finding the right global distributors in Singapore, Vietnam and Japan to bring Lass Chance overseas. If you have insights, connections, or have navigated a similar process, I’d love to hear from you!
